Let's prepare all seniors for Heaven.
The Sacraments are essential for every Catholic, especially in their final years of life.
We empower families and caregivers to help their loved ones in long-term care receive The Sacraments of Confession, Holy Communion, and Anointing of the Sick.

When seniors enter long-term care, their spiritual needs are often forgotten.
Many Catholic residents go months, or even years, without the Sacraments.
Families try calling nursing homes and parishes, but are often met with confusion, unanswered calls, or policies that make it difficult to bring in a Priest.
It shouldn’t be this way. Every Catholic deserves access to the sacraments that prepare the soul for heaven.

We empower families and caregivers to connect seniors with the sacraments.
Sacraments for Seniors is a lay-led Catholic initiative dedicated to helping nursing home residents receive the care of the Church.
Here’s how it works:
Identify a Need
You notice a loved one or resident hasn’t received the Sacraments in a while.
Contact Local Parishes
We can help you reach out to the nearest parish or Priest.
Advocate for Access
If care facilities are unresponsive, we guide you through contacting your state ombudsman to ensure religious rights are honored.
When families and facilities work together, seniors can once again receive the grace and comfort of the Sacraments.
Get HelpSt. Carlo Acutis promoted a deep love of the Eucharist. We trust his intercession to help us reach all Catholics living in nursing homes with the healing grace of the Sacraments.
Our volunteers work with Priests, families, and Catholic advocates to restore regular access to Mass, Confession, and Anointing in long-term care homes.

“The more often we receive the Eucharist, the more we become like Jesus and the more we get a foretaste of heaven.”
- St. Carlo Acutis
